Our client seeks a dynamic paralegal to join their office located in Coral Gables, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be bilingual, able to speak both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a personal injury caseload from intake to resolution.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and discovery responses.
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status.
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts.
- Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
- Monitor case deadlines and court filings.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in personal injury law required.
- Knowledge of pre-suit and litigation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
